Heed Capital and IP Investment Management refinance AMRO Porto project with Banco Santander
We are pleased to share the success of the refinancing of the AMRO Porto student residence, carried out in partnership between Heed Capital and IP Investment Management (IPIM), with Banco Santander.
The asset, located in the Porto University Campus, is a benchmark PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation), recognised for its excellent ESG credentials, including BREEAM Outstanding, Fitwel 3 and WiredScore Platinum certifications, and awarded the ‘Best Sustainable Student Property in Europe’ prize by the Class Foundation.
