On January 26, 2026, the Cascais Community Hub was inaugurated under the Participatory Budget of the Cascais Municipal Council.
On January 26, 2026, the Cascais Community Hub was inaugurated under the Participatory Budget of the Cascais Municipal Council to host and support the Gaivotas da Torre Association. This milestone marks the culmination of a project initiated in 2015, with the opening of the association’s new headquarters.
The Community Hub strengthens the association’s work within the local community by promoting social support, integration into the labour market, vocational training, and ongoing support for children and young people, thereby contributing to inclusion, social cohesion, and local development.
